Definitely highly paid, because its mining.

he management team is resistant to feedback and logical arguments, viewing their directives as final. Any attempt to present a different perspective is often met with defensiveness and, in some cases, has led to formal complaints. This behavior appears to be a consistent part of the company's culture, as I've observed a similar arrogant attitude among many individuals at FMG.
