The opportunity to build a career in the emerging green energy market. The global nature of the projects

Leaders say one thing and do another No clear strategy set by senior leadership which results in lack of direction and people getting into rabbit holes which is extremely inefficient. Bullying was tolerated and was the primary reason I am happy not to be working there anymore. Very little duty of care to employees. Tendency to play favourites among senior leaders If Twiggy say's "jump "- Senior leaders say "How High?"
