Pays well. Okay work life balance. Location is good.

Cons

No consistency across organization. No ethics in terms of letting people go to cut costs. Lack of transparency during reorganization to name a few. Managers tend to micromanage as they are not rightly qualified, experienced or skilled to manage the team per the company's growth.
