Fortescue Energy brought leaders from mining and these guys dont know more than dig baby dig. Now these Trades people are leading a technology and R&D company or Unexperienced female leaderhsip (on the name of diversity) is leading the bunch of smart engineers in 360 degree directions. Lot fo engineers are anxious and sure about their future in this company since they change directions so frequently.
