Pros

Above average salary and great benefits ie. shares for permanent employees. Forward thinking business with ethical principles in relation to climate change. Good colleagues.

Cons

I wasn't made redundant, but the annual sweep of redundancies were very disruptive to business momentum and maintaining a strategic path. Some good leaders would disappear overnight, then their replacements would disappear at the next year's round of redundancies. Way too many values, no-one can remember them all, let alone follow them. A lot of IT services have been outsourced to India. This company makes its billions from the resources of Western Australia, but it does not want to give back to the state and employ local people.
