Organic positive culture, people are not afraid to be themselves, have a personality and speak up, can approach any manager and they are actually interested and listen, encouraged to be innovative and to take risks, very modern hardware and software, approvals are extremely fast, great pay, generally feel empowered to make a difference.

Cons

Its a lean machine and we're always flat out, however I like that as it's challenging and I'm always learning and achieving many milestones at a fast pace.

Great pay, good camp, good equipment, fantastic staff, great roster, uniform and everything provided

Cons

Management issues, supervisors having favourites, can be hard being a female, company can be wasteful then has drive about not using new sunglasses unless yours are worn out.

Amazing working environment encourage you to try different things Less structured and regimented Lots of opportunity to jump to different roles/department, but career progression on one dept is very rare. Everyone is willing to help you and you in turn must help others Open space where free thinking and risk taking is encouraged.

Cons

Promotion is hard to get though, they will most likely keep you there if you're doing a good job Your hard work can sometime be unrewarded, this is due to the culture, common practice when your report and findings will be presented by the seniors as their work. Most of the time they bring someone external to fill in senior position
