Pros
- Good site rosters for professionals either 8/6 and or 4/3. - Pay is ok, includes bonuses and share schemes. - Some highly competent people -Capacity to provide feedback to management via an annual culture review
Cons
- Progression not based on capability but more so who you know/ suck up to. - Some site-based and Perth based tech groups can be very purple-headed. - Gaslighting is rife, managers will say anything to be marked high in the annual culture review. - The disparity between how they say they treat people (family values) and what actually happens to people, especially in a downturn are two entirely different things.
