- People. The small group of dedicated, clever professionals make the office enviornment an enjoyable place. - Interesting work. The concept driving the company is world-leading and drives creativity and exciting opportunities for professional development at all levels.

Cons

- As a global small start-up you are expected to work literally "around the clock", ok if you don't have other responsibilities. - There are almost no processes or standardised approaches to projects and opportunities, resulting in overall chaos and a siginifcant risk to projects and financing. - There is a significant gap between management and the rest of the employees, resulting in near-zero communication and poor decision-making (i.e.redundancies of extremely valuable staff).
