Micro management, inexperienced CEO, puppets of Dr Forrest. HR is useless. No checks and balances in place. Toxic culture. Lot of brown nosing.

Toxic. Hypocritical. Disheartening. Fortescue paints a polished picture to the public, but behind the scenes it's a very different story. The workplace is marred by favoritism, racism, nepotism, and just about every other “-ism” that creates division and disillusionment. > You won’t see it at first glance — the slogans, posters, and safety briefings all promote inclusion and respect. But the actual culture on the ground tells another story entirely. Seeing is believing. > If you're not part of the favoured few, expect to be overlooked, ignored, or sidelined — no matter how skilled or dedicated you are. It's a place where who you know matters more than what you contribute, and where the silent suffering of many is masked by surface-level PR.
