      Company has traction and lots of opportunities after its difficult restructure. Very similar to other tech companies over the last few years. Get to work with great people, great tech and solve very challenging problems. Good salary Good learning budget Health and wellness benefit Flexible working and fully remote

      Cons

      Perks could be better, missing things like decent pension, healthcare, critical illness etc. the company is maturing and it looks like these are being improved

      Seriously some of the smartest and nicest people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Great culture and the technology is the real deal so it's nice to be able to position solutions to clients you know you can deliver.

      Cons

      UK headquartered company that is still growing in the US. Target market is large banks who can be slow to move
