      Pros

      - Good tech. - Very knowledge and collaborative colleagues. - Remote and flexible hours.

      Cons

      - Management sometimes plan the financial year based on the vibes, theoretical new revenue streams and not based on the actual numbers and signed commitments. Then when something goes not according to plan, unfortunately, the only solution is laying people off.

      Pros

      Still a good tech stack and some interesting and talented people left even after all the rounds of restructuring.

      Cons

      It's questionable what the future looks like here. They've started 2025 with another big round of layoffs after saying 2024 closed with a clear path to become profitable; it's questionable how long this pattern can continue. Taking an offer from these folks is a huge risk, regardless of how nice they might make it sound during the interview process.
