      Pros

      - Developer autonomy: freedom to do the right thing - Smart people and SMEs to pair with/learn from - Working in the elusive magic area between chaos and "too much red tape" - Contributes to the open-source community

      Cons

      - Slightly too much reliance on small number of "expert" long-term employees which can cause inefficiencies/delays - though this is improving as new hires learn the ropes.

      Fantastic culture, work ethic. Cutting edge tech and a genuine desire to do things the right way first time.

      Cons

      It can be challenging to get up to speed due to high speed scaling, but this is being addressed and processes put in place to mitigate.
