      Pros

      - Great tech: form3 is doing some bleeding-edge stuff with great technologies. There's not a day that goes by where I haven't learned something new. - Challenging problems: there are a lot of difficult engineering problems to solve and you're given both the tools and the freedom to solve them - No-ego engineers: it's so refreshing to be able to reach decisions without big-egos getting in the way. Everyone is very friedly and pairing is really enjoyable. - Truly autonomous (small) teams: you have a lot of freedom to reach decisions as a team and determine a project's direction - Its headcount is growing very fast so there are a lot of career progression opportunities - Great product: strong market traction from Tier 1 & challenger banks.

      - Exciting new payments service and cutting-edge technology. - Remote. work -

      -growing very fast so sometimes processes are not in place. A good problem to have to be honest especially at interviews - Only hires previous Barclays colleagues. - a lot of politics Struggling with diversity but fall short on fostering a sense of inclusiveness. Only a few blacks hired. Check website for evidence
