      Remote working. That's about it.

      Cons

      After making 200+ people redundant over 4 rounds in the last 15 months to 'save money' they've decided to take a UK based company to Spain for an offsite (that'll cost about a mill) following overwhelmingly negative feedback about the mgmt. team in an internal poll in a feeble attempt to try and buy good will. Deluded management team who'll run the business into the ground. Don't join. Don't stay. Avoid this toxic dump of a company.
