Business Outlook
Pros
Great benefits package, everyone is down to earth friendly and honest with each other. Company is full of expertise, especially at the top, the executive team have a brilliant vision. Form3 are a new company so they are still learning, but they strive to keep adapting and improving.
Cons
The nature of a scale up means that it might not have some of the same structure as larger more established companies. Personally, I believe this brings more advantages than disadvantages.
