Interesting to say the least
Pros
Able to see styles ahead of time & good learning experience
Cons
I was never given proper scheduling for my hours and had to call in daily just to see when I would be needed to come in if I wasn't able to check prior to the end of the week(likely because the schedule wasn't made or updated). There was a point in time where I didn't work for about a month before calling the store and asking to speak to any of the managers besides the store manager since they're in charge of scheduling employees. I was then given very little hours after being hired over as a permanent employee despite my excellent performance and left shortly afterward. Of course, not all locations call for this but the drama is bound to happen in the workplace. On top of that, you end up doing more than what your specific job title calls for due to the lack of employees on the floor during busy hours. Hourly pay isn't worth the stress when compared to the work you end up putting in at the end of a days shift.
