very open environment mostly friendly and respectful colleagues and managers benefits is good %50 home office no matter what you hear, you can build your own career - a lot of opportunities for self growth

Cons

working hours still 9 hours a day. they are transforming from 08:00-18:00 to 07:30-17:00. (30 min break from lunch time) HR still not operating efficiently. all is with you and your team and your managers so you should expect to be lucky, depending on your team. diversity is not their first priority. they claim to be but you quickly see the "normal and usual type" once you get there. and actually this is what they expect if you want to build a career.
