Work conditions and the people that you work with are generally nice. There is barely any harassment or bad language when you are working in the R&D department.

Cons

Middle management literally worships meetings and pr stunts to upper management. The quality of work is so low that even people in higher positions complain behind closed doors. The salaries are not good and getting a promotion has unseen challenges leading to delayed salary increases.
