      It can be a good reference for better company after working for max 2 years at it. That's it. It gives u an international working atmosphere

      Cons

      Not giving u so much experience, you are working very hard, it is very stressful area. There are a lot of paper works. Work is %95 paperwork, %5 design

      Young, dynamic team. Interaction with world wide suppliers and ford employees. Great experience

      Cons

      terrible management, managers rules their team as they are king not as a director obstacle clearer. If you are not adulator, never expect to get a grade or be supervisor on time. Hires best in class enginners but gives almost worst in class salaries No good place to work more than 2 years that is actually what compoany seeking for. They happy to have this amount of turnover
