I liked the time I spent at Otosan. I learned a lot, but after all I decided to move another company which is more in sales & marketing operations. Just working for the research and development was boring after a while.

Cons

Flat salary approach for all employee was quite frustrating for all employees. People with very similar background are working for the company, even this brings some advantage to people like easy learning and replacing each other easily, you look for some diversity.
