Average age is young in company and office conditions is acceptable. Working place is close to the central locations in normal traffic conditions.

Cons

Low payment compare to other companies. Working hours is too long and there is no extra payments for the overtimes. Upper management is too slow to get some actions and this is decreasing of development speed.
