Company has really big economic power and provides safe work environment. They are open for new things but could not implement well.

Cons

Old company culture and heavy bureaucracy prevents agile actions and innovation studies does not reach to the point. Company always turn back to its natural hierarchic environment. Big majority of people leave beacuse of small number of carreer opportunities.
