Worst directors ever experienced (I have 20 years experience in different companies) - Top management have no strategy or vision. - Directors change their position every 2 years, which means you have a clueless director who don't know anything, but wow they can talk allot. - Managers aren't reviewed, means bad managers continue to be bad/toxic. - 80% of meetings leads to nothing because bad top management. Top directors talk allot or not at all, they are so horrible bad. - No teamwork. - This company will fail in less then 5 years.
