- Pay - Benefits Used to be as longer list but not so much now.

Cons

Once a great place to work with a fantastic culture of respect and with high standards along with the support to do better. Now it's proliferated with incompetence and you feel like a number and not a name. 'Good is good enough' - literally a phrase touted by leadership. So if you're happy with mediocrity and being treated like a tool, this is the place for you.
