Business Outlook
Pros
•Flexible working •Nice office with gym, a beautiful terrace and a social space. •Friendly team whom are approachable and no egos evident, so everyone treated respectfully. •I have a great team leader whom I can go to with any concerns ans regularly keeps me updated.
Cons
•Within my role, full weekends are only given about every 6 weeks unless you book as leave so does mean harder to plan things with family and friends. You often work later times which is suitable for some but perhaps harder for those with kids and families.
