Great culture - People including senior management have been excellent, easy to talk to etc. Work events that you can get involved in. x2 bonuses (1 large and one smaller each year).

Cons

Agent-Analyst flex role means you're not a full time analyst so you're pay will sit in between. Work-life balance needs improving, however it seems this may be looked at shortly!
