      Pros

      Senior managers get to travel regularly on business trips, so if you have a bad manager, you might get lucky not to be micromanaged whilst they're away.

      Cons

      High turnover, lots of employees in the UK have been made redundant, and poor behaviour by management. I've witnessed a toxic/bullying culture, staff are micromanaged, and lower managers lie to senior managers, or they collude together, to remain undetected.
