Pros

Ref : India : Hyderabad, Slow paced work and no pressure.

Cons

Leadership lacks competence and direction — several leaders appear ineffective and add minimal value. Outdated technology and systems hinder productivity and innovation. HR practices reflect typical internal politics and favoritism rather than meritocracy. Senior-level hiring often appears non-transparent and influenced by internal bias. Employee Relations team is largely ineffective, often focusing more on terminations than genuine employee well-being. Payroll and Talent Acquisition functions are poorly managed, with many unskilled and misaligned hires in HR and People Partner and payroll teams. Core contributors like the Customer Support Operations team — who truly drive revenue — are undervalued and underpaid compared to their efforts. A few employees in higher floors enjoy inflated packages without matching skills or contributions, yet take undue credit for others’ work. Skilled employees tend to leave within a couple of years, while those overpaid and underqualified remain due to lack of external opportunities. Lastly, Most of the internal job's were predefined and alloted for Talent acquisition team itself. So IJP's are a mockery.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. We understand that experiences can vary and we always welcome hearing different perspectives. Our people practices follow a consistent global framework across most of our sites, with adjustments only where local regulations or regional norms require it. They are reviewed and audited regularly to ensure they remain fair, transparent and effective. For senior roles, hiring decisions are made through a structured process involving multiple interviewers to ensure fairness and objectivity. We also track engagement and retention trends regularly to inform how we improve our people practices. We value your perspective and are committed to continually improving.
