Have the chance luck to be in the right team at the right time. Different working conditions from different offices (Dublin vs Leeds vs Porto vs Cluj) Profit first company (they all are in some way), but this one put it on a priority that hinders process, service, observability, monitoring, project management, service delivery, etc
