You will assist addicted customers, people who clearly have issues, not so easy if you are a sensitive person and if you want to feel satisfied from your workday or reach numbers in terms of number of case solved. Your job can change from one day to another: after months solving exclusively security/technical queries, the next day you can find yourself providing casino games related assistance for the entire duration of the shift.
