Real investors in talent; honouring experience over age with generous salaries and benefits. Massive support with work/life balance. Actively supports diversity and inclusion in the workspace. Honest, fast paced and exciting. Its the making of me mentally and intellectually.

Cons

If you find it hard to adapt to change and uncertainty then may be this is not for you. Its gambling and gaming so be mindful of protocols and compliance rationale. Not everyone advocates gambling but this company is 100% regulated and promotes safer gambling procedures to the max globally.

Good benefits, people are great, offices nice and good covid support

Cons

Every decision takes 10 x longer due to upward management, everyone trying to outsmart one another to look good which is a very bad culture. Senior people cant make any big decisions as they are too scared
