Big players in the industry, and aggressively acquiring other companies. Plenty of room to grow and lay the foundations for an excellent career if you are ambitious. Some really smart and talented people.
Cons
Uncompetitive salary/benefits when compared with other large tech companies in Ireland. A little archaic in its practices. Recent merger of companies who themselves have been through mergers means you are left with a soulless organisation in what is already a largely soulless industry. Some of the brands had really strong individual identities in the past which have now been lost. These identities, and the associated cultures, went some way to mitigating against reservations one might have about working in this space. Now that they no longer exist, all that remains is a gambling company.
