Overall Flutter is a great company to work for. Generally great pay and excellent benefits (good bunus scheme, uncapped leave), great offices, hybrid working models, excellent company culture

Cons

some departments can be over worked/understaffed. Some senior management have a fixed mindset and not people persons. Lots of mergers creating uncertainty in terms of overall direction. This is not helped by the fact that leadership has kept changing in recent years.
