Pros
Regular communication from the top and sharing of vision. Job Benefits are pretty good. Remote and flexible work available in many roles and a few locations. Some teams can be pretty close-knitted and fun to work in. Most people are generally welcoming and relaxed. Challenging work, if you’re up for it. Generous yearly bonus scheme.
Cons
Super fast paced with constant plan changes. Workload can quickly build up, full of urgencies. Losing a lot of experienced people and knowledge. Antiquated systems and tools. Lack of organised and formal trainings. Leadership takes time making decisions in the new world of working, and not taking full advantage of more global remote work. Some seniors really work for themselves and can be very aggressive or unforgiving.
