Very helpful colleagues and managers who genuinely care about how you’re getting on inside and outside of work. Right people usually seem to get promoted.

Cons

Jumped my base salary hugely when I left which showed how low it was. Can be expected to work long hours outside of what you’re paid with no overtime.

Pros

Uncapped annual leave, interesting projects and fast pace environment, intelligent and friendly colleagues. The people working here are definitely the biggest positive. Good share options available to staff.

Cons

Recently mandated return to office working so the great flexibility is gone and office is in an awkward location for travel. Base salaries aren’t great for managers for the level of responsibility and work involved, you’ll get better pay elsewhere with less hassle involved. Company has become too aggressive pushing social justice agendas on employees that have no interest in them.
