Benefits are very good. Lots of good social activities. Opportunities to move and work across different brands, departments and locations

Cons

Company very big now, so employees feel more like a number While the benefits are good, company doesn't really look after individual's well being. Poor communication across different departments and brands, not much working together No accountability for senior managers / directors

- Business has grown exponentially in the last decade. Whilst this is fantastic, you can feel a bit like a 'small cog' in the grand machine.
