Unlimited holidays, 1k yearly for courses, annual bonus, weekly drink fridge, life insurance, Bupa membership.

Cons

High pressure job, and the company is mostly male dominated and does not have much diversity & inclusion. Salary increase very low even after years of services. Certain roles don't have much career progression. 90% of the people are either british or irish.
