      - Not much Work Life Balance( No Proper Shift Alignments ) - Competitive Salary and Discretionary annual performance bonus (Something you're getting paid well, comparing to organizations)

      Cons

      Honestly, one thing to take under consideration was Rotational Shifts. You need to work 3 months NS and Only 1 month DS.
