Pros

- For the country and the time I was hired for, the salary and benefits were above average

Cons

- No growth opportunities - Teams constantly just drop the ball between each other - no one owns any processes - Management should actually understand to same basic level the product that is offered in the platform and how it works and know the tools that the company uses. Otherwise all employees dont really have an idea of what they are working on

Pros

1. Friendly atmosphere with a largely young workforce. Honestly a nice place to work, with nice people, in my experience. 2. Great, modern, clean facilities within the building in a central northern city location 3. Very good with staff flexibility re: working from home/time off/holidays 4. Clear policies 5. Mandatory online training to stay up to date with the firm's requirements. 6. Imo communicates pretty well with staff - on the whole 7. Genuinely welcoming and imo supportive workplace environment, generally lots of energy and buzz. 8. Excellent work-life balance, again with holidays and time out. 9. Innovative and always something new happening.

Cons

1. At times does leave important announcements until last minute. 2. Can feel a bit 'corporate jargon' on occasion 3. Pay and bonus is not up there with the best of them but not the worst either 4. A LOT of staff appraisals/reviews per year, and for my dept/job role it's an absolute headache, esp for longtermers without much job flexibility. Bonus is now based on this old model (brought back for 2026) so imagine will be pretty sparse/grim for a good few of us in the more day-to-day jobs or roles that never change much. 5. Be prepared to face a lot of A.I. futurism. The company is heavily-invested in this policy and for better or worse, that's where skills will be expected to be, and to live up to. And of course it's not for everyone.
