some challenging assignments good salary flexible with taking time off

Cons

cyclical business - expect to be laid off in the downturn and plan for it excessive travel for some positions no training archaic and inefficient work processes - very frustrating at times resistant to change after several projects work gets repetitive

Pros

Good work life balance and benefits with a fair salary.

Cons

Work is based on an hourly charge rate from clients. Lower engineers are seen not as opportunities for future advancement instead as heads that can charge client. Promise of education support was disingenuous, many were refused even basic training.

Good company with excellent intalectual property sharing. Good opportunities for work on various types of projects. Opportunity for intrnational work is good. 9-80 work week.

Cons

Company treates personnel an an expendable commodity, lay-offs are common if work load turns down. Company does attempt to retain qualified personnel by using leave of absence.
