      Pros

      Excellent opportunities. If you are willing to work hard, you will be rewarded accordingly. Great knowledge shaing. Sincere desire to see employees succeed. Employees are encouraged to challenge and think for themselves.

      Cons

      The up and down cycles of the E&C world. Very difficult to hire and train only to have to lay someone off due to the market being down.

      Transnational company that gives you, good positioning in the local market. Manage large projects, which give you a good knowledge

      Cons

      No matter how much you know, or how many years have you been in business, if an employee of Fluor USA is without a job, send him to take your place and what happens abitual, know less and you should make a helper. There are no clear policy for Professional Development and wage increases.
