      -typical benefits and perks to working at a good large company. This involves the following: -higher pay (and paid OT) -better benefits -better work environment -abundant training/ development opportunities -on-site fitness center and recreation fields -every other Friday is a non-working Friday -and more

      Cons

      -large company bureaucracy -lots of employees means more layoffs in economic downturns (typical for the industry)

      Pros

      1) Opportunity for growth 2) Lots of training opportunities available; including CBT 3) Many opportunities to travel within US and overseas 4) Competitive salaries and great benefits (although getting less and less) 5) Interesting work 6) Great people to work with

      Cons

      1) In the bad times, not much security for anyone 2) Sometimes you have to go where the work is to keep your job 3) Not enough sharing of work between offices. Many times, when one office is going through a down turn and another is booming, they will hire new employees instead of sharing work within US offices.
