      Lots of opportunities for talented people with good communication and social skills. It really helps if you are an extrovert, and able to show initiative. One of the greatest strengths of Fluor, is that there is great flexibility with regard to your career development, enabling you to make vertical as well as lateral career moves.

      Cons

      As in most big companies, your success is also dependent on your ability to build an internal network, and make sure you are noticed by those who can help you towards a new career opportunity.
