      Pros

      Meet some fantastic mentors who encouraged and were willing to take the teach to teach and guide. Good internal training programs via Fluor University and instructors.

      Cons

      Work assessments were poor and biased. Company mandated some training and strongly encouraged other training but did not include as part of raise increase assessments.

      Flex-Time, every other Friday off, great community relations program

      Cons

      Job Security is based on the current demand for primarily Oil & Gas, if demand goes down you might not have a project to work on....to me, that is kind of scary
