      Pros

      The benefits are decent, the micromanagement is minimal, and the pay is good. There is an awesome cafeteria so you don't have to go out for lunch and the fitness center is a good perk.

      Cons

      There is a lot of passive aggressive behavior. Too many people get thrown under the bus if they see something and speak up even when they're told to and are enouraged to by management.

      Growth opportunities, international atmosphere, values of respect for other cultures, acknowledgment of the need to incorporate more women, flexible work hours.

      Cons

      constant expansion and constant reduction of the personnel are common.

      Project environment, therefore you will experience different people and work environment every 18 months or so.

      Cons

      Project environment, if there is no work people are send home. They do not keep you on the bench.
