I appreciated all of my coworkers who are all smart people that provide a sense of community. Challenging problems always have multiple heads that are creative and can find good solutions.

Cons

Everyone always is wondering what their project it. Everyone talks about the time they were laid off or when the next layoff will be. Just a constant pressure that clouds everyone's day. Management is all very old school in their mentality. High pressure to get projects finished under budget, but most of the structural engineering management has fallen way out of touch with current design requirements.

There are no pros working for Fluor.

Cons

The cons are working for hostile people and Bullies especially in the Herndon Reston location. They are literally allowed to make up their own rules, gaslight tap your phone. Most unprofessional place to work ever. They don't pay you if they dont want and they go into your computer and change things you have done to get rid of you. Also an Archaic Management style. No moral compass and also does not follow policies much less laws. the worst company to ever work for the people are super uneducated. If they do not like you then they play games all day with the person until they are gone. You would rather be unemployed than to work here.
