      Pros

      Good employee benefits, including medical benefits as well as on-campus training and dining options.

      Cons

      Risk-adverse to a fault (and potential detriment of the customer). Creativity and brainstorming to find resolutions to problems is not always encouraged. "The old way" always seems to still prevail, but the times they are a-changin'.
