      Diverse group of employees and various projects

      Cons

      No matter how hard working or dedicated you will face Retrenchment when the chips are down and it will not necessarily be fair either. Being ethical and reporting unethical behaviour earns you nothing but retaliation.

      Pros

      The company as a whole is challenging. Working here forces you to have to think quickly and resolve issues immediately. You are never bored. And there is always something to do.

      Cons

      As with most large scale companies the best pay and bonus structure is reserved for those who are executives or are selected as favorites. There is no reward and recognition program for those who are non management. And minorities in Corporate tend get paid less but do more work and have more experience and education and than non minorities.
