Good pay especially for newly graduated employees. There are a lot of activities within the company that help employees loosen up from all their hard work. Environment is not toxic and they also provide a lot of trainings.

Cons

Scope of tasks are limited and some trainings are at a basic which might be a downside for seniors since there is minimal room for new learnings
