Huge multi-national company. Lots of opportunities for junior members, especially for those who are new in their fields. Greatly promotes work like balance. Opportunities to go overseas for training and job assignment. Better pay than most companies in the same field.

Cons

Lots of job cuts since the oil industry is in a downturn. Office politics is deeply embedded in the members. Make good connections and tread lightly.

People are great, experienced. The ability to work in different projects and move if you like is nice as well. Office culture is laid back, flexible time, 9 80's schedule.

Cons

Veey cyclical with oil and gas. Processes aren't great. Management clueless in their function many times because they are in the wrong role. Lack of accountability because of too much change.
